Carlos Navarro 1955 - 2006

Carlos V Navarro of El Paso, El Paso County, TX was born on September 26, 1955. He married Paula A. (Pace) Philpott on December 1, 1975 in Harris County, TX and they later separated on September 25, 1978. He would also marry Stephanie D. (Hamlin) Navarro on May 9, 1986 in Harris County and they later separated on September 25, 2009. Carlos Navarro died at age 50 years old on July 6, 2006, and was buried at Ft. Bliss National Cemetery Section J Site 1915 P.o. Box 6342 - 5200 Fred Wilson Avenue, in El Paso, Tx.
