Introduction

My motive to enter here is to add a little bit of etymology of this name "PUYOL". In the classical language Thamizh (sometimes written wrongly as TAMIL) spoken in Southern part of India, in its other states and many Asian countries and world over by over 80 million people, this word means "STORM/CYCLONE/TORNADO". But the way it is pronounced, word could be more or less approximated to "PUYAL" or "PUYEL". If the "Y" in the word be considered to be a distortion of a special phonetic "ZH" in Thamizh, then the original could have been "PUZHAL" which means "RIVER" or "STREAM". Naming the persons after powerful events of nature is and has been in practice. Hence I feel this name has probable connection to "THAMIZH". It also has to be interpreted in conjunction with the fact that there was most probably one commom language that existed from western Europe to Eastern Asia around the ice age, which in my assessment should have been Thamizh.
