She traveled with her mother at the age of 7 years old on the ship Canopic from Naples, Italy and arrived on Feb. 19, 1906, to the port of Boston, United States. They immediately got off the ship and boarded a ship to Canada to join her father. Carmela married Antonio Macarlino, May 23, 1912, in Montreal, Quebec, Canada Carmela married Giuseppeantonio Pettofrezza aka (Joseph Patterfritz) approximately in 1915, in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. They traveled to the United States in 1921 and lived in Monroe, Michigan. Carmela married Francesco Camillo, 1943, in Monroe, Michigan.
