Caroline (Zangrone) Rocchino was born on November 4th, 1898 in Maida, Italy to Frank Zangrone and Mary A Serrao. Both of her parents were born in Italy. Caroline had siblings Angeline, Mary A., Elizabeth, and Nicholine Zangrone. Carolina Zangrone immigrated to the United States and she married Antonio Rocchino, also an immigrant from Italy, in 1916 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. They had children Bettina, Marianna, Maria, Angela, and Sebastian, Frank, Joseph, and Nicholine. Caroline and Antonio were naturalized on November 1, 1920 in Pennsylvania.

Caroline was born in Italy and her maternal and paternal heritage was also Italian.

Although she was born in Italy, Caroline immigrated to the United States with her parents and siblings and later became a naturalized citizen of the United States after she married another first generation Italian immigrant. They lived in the state of Pennsylvania, where she had been naturalized for the rest of her life. She died in Pennsylvania at the age of 82 and is buried in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Cheltenham Township, Pennsyvlania.

Lived on the 300 block of Maple Street in Whitpain Montgomery Pennsylvania from the 1930s through the 1940s, and at 29 N. Spring Garden Street in Ambler by 1950. When she was 41 years old and living on Maple Street in Whitpain, Pennsylvania, Caroline said that she had completed the third grade. By the time that Caroline was 51 years old, she was living on North Spring Garden St in Ambler, Pennsylvania with her husband and four of her children: Angela, Sebastian, Joseph, and Nicholena.

Caroline, a first generation Italian immigrant, was Roman Catholic and is buried in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.

Caroline Zangrone was born to Frank and Mary Zangrone in Italy. She immigrated to the United States with her parents and siblings and became a United States citizen, being naturalized in 1920 with her husband, Anthony, also a first generation Italian-American, and five of her children. She was married to Anthony Rocchino and they had children Elizabeth, Marian, Mary, Angeline, Sebastian, Frank, Joseph, and Nicholine.
