Caroline had siblings Angeline, Mary A., Elizabeth, and Nicholine Zangrone. Carolina Zangrone immigrated to the United States and she married Antonio Rocchino, also an immigrant from Italy, in 1916 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. They had children Bettina, Marianna, Maria, Angela, and Sebastian, Frank, Joseph, and Nicholine. Caroline and Antonio were naturalized on November 1, 1920 in Pennsylvania.
