Catherine Anne (Mooers) Leslie-Faye of Portland, Multnomah County, Oregon United States was born on July 12, 1961 in Gold Beach to Nancy Lou Mooers and Clarence Raymond Mooers. Catherine Leslie-Faye has a brother Scott Allen Mooers. She married William Willett in May 1980 in Portland, Multnomah County, and they were married until William's death on August 12, 1983. She married John R Dailey in October 1988 and they later divorced on August 12, 1983. She would also marry Richard Campbell and they later divorced on August 12, 1983 in Los Angeles, Los Angeles County, California.
