She was married to Charles Altiparmakis, and had children Joan (Altiparmakis) Petrakis, Grace (Altiparmakis) D'Amato, and William Altiparmakis. Catherine Altiparmakis died at age 76 years old in July 1980, and was buried at Fairview Cemetery 120 Smalley St, in New Britain.
