She had siblings Kenneth E Schlobohm, Dorothy L (Schlobohm) Rosenquist, Cleo Dale Schlobohm, Mona Blanche (Schlobohm) Irven, Daryle Irene Schlobohm, Clarence Lee Schlobohm, Norman William Schlobohm, and Marion Eldon Schlobohm. She married Joe Cooper in January 1940, and had children Kathy Jo (Cooper) Shipps, Larry Joe Cooper Sr, Brenda Lou Cooper, Deborah Lee (Cooper) Tubbs, Anne Irene (Cooper) Craig, Donald James Cooper, Roger Dean Cooper, Gary Dean Cooper, Jerry Lee Cooper, Carolyn Kaye (Cooper) Ferrell, Emmitt Sylvester Cooper, Tracy JoEllen (Cooper) Closser, William Thomas Cooper, Charles Emmitt Cooper, Denise Cooper, and Rebecca Ann. Catherine Cooper died at age 72 years old on August 9, 1999 in Enid, Garfield County, OK, and was buried in August 1999 at Rabourn Cemetery in La Monte, Pettis County, MO.

    She was born in Smithton township, Pettis county, Missouri, Usa, the daughter of Charles George Schlobohm and Irene Jennie Griffing of Missouri. She was married January 1, 1940 to Joe Cooper of Otterville, Missouri, and had 16 children. Kathy Jo Shipps, Larry Joe Cooper, Ann Irene Craig, Donald James Cooper, William Thomas Cooper, Rebecca Ann, Denise Wescott, Brenda Lou, Carolyn Kaye Ferrell, Jerry Lee Cooper, Gary Dean Cooper, Roger Dean Cooper, Emmitt Sylvester Cooper, Charles Emmitt Cooper, Tracy JoEllen, & Deborah Lee Tubbs. She enjoyed sewing pound puppies, growing a cactus garden at her home in Enid, Oklahoma and collecting salt shakers. She canned vegetables from her own garden and was an amazing cook and grandmother who loved her grandchildren dearly. She and her husband Joe both passed albeit 2yrs apart at their home in Enid Oklahoma on North 21st Street and are buried in Rabourn Cemetery in Lamonte, Pettis, Missouri, Usa. Her find a grave wrongly lists a Sammy Unruh as her mother. She had multiple brothers and sisters.

Who her paternal great grandfather was for certain. Her great grandmother was Emma Bluhm Bohling who was married twice to two schlobohm men. H D Schlobohm and Richard "Dick" Schlobohm
