Cecil Clark Weeks was born to Henry Boyd Weeks (1906 - 1979) and Lucille Virginia Whorley (1917 - 2005). He had one brother, Curtis, and three half-sisters,, Katherine (1927 - 2021), Nellie, and Marie; as well as five half-brothers, Calvin, Ernest, Odell, Albert and M.C. Weeks. Cecil Weeks married Teresa Florence Watkins on November 9, 1968 in Rockingham County, North Carolina. They had two daughters, Linda and Jennifer. He was survived by one granddaughter, Kristin.

CECIL CLARK WEEKS REIDSVILLE - Cecil Clark Weeks, 50, of 3697 Grooms Road, died Saturday, April 22, 2000, at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center, Winston- Salem. The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, APril 25, 2000, at Wilkerson Funeral Home, with Dr. A.D. Williams and the Rev. Terry Hayes officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Memory Gardens. A native of Bedford, Virginia, he was a son of Lucille Whorley Weeks and the late Henry Boyd Weeks. He had owned and operated Weeks Grocery on Barnes Street for 18 years. He was of the Holiness faith. Survivors include his wife, Teresa Florence Watkins Weeks of the home; two daughters, Linda Billingsley and husband, Tim of Reidsville, Jennifer Weeks of the home and fiance, Donnie McDow; a granddaughter, Kristin Billingsley of Reidsville; brother, Curtis Weeks and wife, Darlene of Reidsville; mother, Lucille Whorley Weeks of Reidsville; half-sisters, Nellie W. Fitzgerald of Salem, Virginia, Katherine W. Mitchell of Whitsett and Marie W. Dalton of Fincastle, Virginia; and half-brothers, Calvin Weeks, Ernest Weeks, Odell Weeks and Albert Weeks, all of Roanoke, Virginia, and M.C. Weeks of Salem, Virginia.
