Cecil Dewane Leeper 1936 - 1994

Cecil Dewane Leeper was born on April 16, 1936 in Chillicothe, Livingston County, Missouri United States to Opal R (Skinner) Leeper and Virgil Leeper, and had siblings Daphne (Leeper) Haynes, Alice R (Leeper) Reeves, and Charles Ray Leeper. He married Patricia Ann (Heuck) Leeper on January 11, 1959 in Peoria, Peoria County, Illinois, and had children Timmy Verle Leeper, Virgil Coy Leeper, Tracy Ross Leeper, Velva "Shelly" Rachelle Leeper, Alicia Renee (Leeper) Mcgee, Cynthia Diane Leeper, Darren D Leeper, and Roy Blake Leeper. Cecil Leeper died at age 57 years old on March 28, 1994 at at home in Peoria, Peoria County, and was buried in 1994 at Glendale Memorial in Pekin, Tazewell County.
