Cecil's partner was Claudie Marie Hendricks, and they had children Helen Jean Palmiter, Gary Lee Palmiter, Cecil Eugene Palmiter, Michael David Palmiter, and Larry Paul Palmiter. Cecil Palmiter died at age 74 years old on November 1, 1994.
