  • Introduction

    Cecil Grant Catlett was my grandfather. He was born in Shelbyville, Kentucky in 1905 and married Lula Johnson Cook. He had two children; my mother Georgia B. Catlett and Laura Elizabeth Catlett. They resided on Whitney Avenue in Lexington KY and later he lived on North Upper St also in Lexington KY. He passed away in June of 1982.
