Cecilia Warner was born in 1877 in Poland to Benjamin Warner and Pearl Leah (Eichelbaum) Warner, and had siblings Abraham "Albert" Warner, Harry Morris Warner, Samuel Louis Warner, Jack Leonard Warner, Sadie Warner, David Warner, Anna Warner, Rose Warner, and Fannie Warner. Cecilia Warner died at age 4 years old in 1881.

In 1877, in the year that Cecilia Warner was born, on July 14th, strikes and resulting riots began at the Baltimore and Ohio (B&O) Railroad. A sympathy strike and rioting began in Pittsburgh and a worker's rebellion began in St. Louis, then spread to other cities. 100 people were killed before the strikes ended when President Rutherford B. Hayes sent federal troops to each of the cities involved.
Did you know?
In 1880, at the age of only 3 years old, Cecilia was alive when on February 4th, five members of one family in Ontario, Canada were killed and their farm was burned by a mob. Called the Black Donnelly Massacre, the Irish family had been feuding with other citizens of the town. No one was ever convicted.
