She married L Juan F. Cisneros on June 3, 1969 in El paso County, TX, and had children Juan Francisco Cisneros Jr, Melissa Cisneros, and Jose Ricardo Cisneros. Celsa Cisneros died at age 61 years old in January 2009 in El Paso, El Paso County, Texas United States.
