Celsa (Sigala) Cisneros of TX was born in 1947 in Chihuahua, CHIH Mexico to Antonio Sigala and Rosaura Sigala. She had siblings Gilberto Sigala, Martina Contreras, and Reyes Sigala. She married L Juan F. Cisneros on June 3, 1969 in El paso County, TX, and had children Juan Francisco Cisneros Jr, Melissa Cisneros, and Jose Ricardo Cisneros. Celsa Cisneros died at age 61 years old in January 2009 in El Paso, El Paso County, Texas United States.
