He had siblings Frances Louisa (Stabb) Lemin, Robert Stabb, William Stabb, Frank Richard Stabb, Mary Jane (Stabb) Aldred, Edward Stabb, and John Henry Stabb. Charles Stabb married Margaret Sarah (Nichols) Stabb in 1877, and died at age 72 years old in 1927 in Waverley, Waverley Council County, NSW.
