Charles Cogger was born in 1833 to Thomas Cogger and Eleanor Cogger. He was in a relationship with Emelie Frederica (Diehl) Cogger, and had a child Charles Diehl Cogger. Charles Cogger died at age 81 years old in August 1915, and was buried at Macedon Cemetery in Macedon, Macedon Ranges Shire County, VIC Australia.
