He had siblings Annie Sophia Boucher, Alice Mary Boucher, Harold Beatty, John Thomas Boucher, Emma May Betts, and Clifford Thomas Beatty. He married Eliza Jane Parkes Peeck in 1904, and had children Charles Thomas Boucher, Doris Mary (Boucher) Peeck, Ada Daphne Boucher, Auburn Reginald Boucher, and Ronald Ernest Boucher. Charles Boucher died at age 78 years old on January 13, 1959 in Bairnsdale.
