Charles Hoeck was born on July 1, 1860 at Melentine, Germany to Johann Gottleib Hoeck and Johanna L. Holtz, and had siblings Caroline Ernestine (Hoeck) and Amilia Hoeck. He married Lina Hockstrasuer on July 31, 1893 in Spokane, Spokane County, Washington United States, and had children Edith Lena Hoeck and Freda Minnie Hoeck. Charles Hoeck died at age 92 years old on October 22, 1952.
