Charles Joseph Lussier was born on January 23, 1950 to Charles O. Lussier and Elizabeth C. (Bunker) Lussier, and had siblings George Lussier, Alice Lussier, William Lussier, June M. Frechette, and Rita C Campbell. He was the parent of Dean Charles Lussier. He married Carole Virgina Fowlie, and they had children Daniel Joseph Lussier and Dean Charles Lussier. Charles Lussier died at age 62 years old on January 24, 2012, and was buried at Florida National Cemetery Section 600 Site 337 6502 Sw. 102nd Ave., in Bushnell, Fl.
