Miceli's Pizzeria and restaurant
I worked for Charlie in 1975, I had just moved to Brighton after High School from Indianapolis, IN. It was my first job on my own. Charlie was very strict on what he expected from his employees and I can respect that at this time. I remember preparing his Miceli Sandwiches everyday. They would fly out the doors as quick as I could make them. I can not remember what exactly was on them, now. His pizzas were so fresh and delicious. My wife and I actually made it back through Brighton in August of 2023, hoping to find his legacy had carried on.
Charlie and I didn't see eye to eye and I left, I wished I had stayed awhile longer, I love Italian food and he presented it well. I could have learned alot from him. I wish I had a Miceli sandwich. Salute' Charlie
