Mr. Broeman attended elementary and high schools in Atlanta and was graduated from Yale University. He was a life member of the Yale Club of New York and was a former member of the Capital City Club in Atlanta. He died Aug. 22 in Novato. His father, C. Stuart Broeman Sr., was president of the American Bakeries Co. and resided in Atlanta until his retirement about 12 years ago. Survivors include his mother.
