Charles ws a very warm hearted,and compassionate person.He had a very comical personality,and was always making people laugh.he was very respectful,and polite to his elders.I first met Charles,when we were about 5 or6.I later moved into his neighborhood,10-12 years later,and we began again!He would go to the sunday nite dances at,St.Jude,in south Holland.That boy could dance.I just learned of his death,this week.I will miss him very,very much!!I do believe that he got singled out by the local police,and that is why he moved to florida.I will say this:in all of the 20 or so years,we NEVER so much as had a fight,argument,etc.!
