Charles T. Leek was born on July 29, 1845 in Bass River, Burlington County, New Jersey United States to Hannah Leek and William Hammond Leek, and had siblings William H. Leek and Mary E. Leek. He married Anna Marie Reynolds, and had children Charles Edward Leek, Harry I. Leek, Louella Leek, John N. Leek, William Morford Leek, and Florence Leek. Charles Leek died at age 73 years old on January 10, 1919 in New Gretna.

    Exact cause of death is not definitely known, but possible effects from the flu epidemic in 1918 is a strong possibility. He wed about 1866 in Bass River, N.J. to Anna Marie Reynolds and had 8 children. Six of them will be mentioned here as the last two, twin boys with no 1st names, were born and died about 1884 in Burlington County, N.J.
