Charles W Couter 1924 - 2002

Charles William Couter of Allegany County, Maryland United States was born on May 10, 1924 in Cumberland to Albert Couter and Lillian Marie (Rosser) Zarger. He had a sister Dorothy Virginia (Couter) Emerson. He married Evelyn Couter in February 1948 in Cumberland, Allegany County, and died at age 78 years old on October 8, 2002 in Cumberland, Allegany County. Charles Couter was buried at Rocky Gap Veterans Cemetery 14205 Pleasant Valley Rd NE, in Flintstone.
