Charlotte (Shelton) White of Albert Park, Port Phillip City County, VIC Australia was born on May 28, 1869 at Kangaroo Gully Rd, in Kangaroo Flat, Greater Bendigo City County. She married James White. She married Richard Avon Trigar, and they had children Elsie Catherine (Trigar) Oliver, Ernest Richard Trigar, William Arthur Trigar, Ronald George Trigar, Wesley Arthur Trigar, and Leslie Victor Trigar. Charlotte White died at age 82 years old on March 6, 1952 in Albert Park, Port Phillip City County, and was buried at Fawkner Memorial Park. Interred with her first husband Richard Trigar and son Leslie Victor Trigard, in Victoria.

She didn't appear on the official ballot.
