    Chester A. Iannoli, 92, formerly of Wyndemere Woods, died June 16, 2012 in The Holiday, Manville. He was the beloved husband of the late Ninfa (Tomaso) Iannoli for twenty-five years. Born in Woonsocket, he was the son of the late Joseph and Grace Mary (DeFinis) Iannoli. Mr. Iannoli was a member of the Civilian Conservation Corps for several years prior to World War II, at which time he entered the Army; serving in Italy and earning a Purple Heart as well as other decorations. Shortly after his discharge from the Army, Chet joined the Merchant Marines, serving in ships supplying troops during the Korean and Vietnam Wars, retiring after over thirty years of service. He was also a member of the Seafarers International Union. He is survived by several nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Francis and Michael Iannoli, Mary Keegan, Theresa Jannoli, and Mildred Coe. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday June 22, 2012 at 10 AM in Our Lady Queen of Martyrs Church, 1409 Park Ave, Woonsocket followed by Military Honors. Burial will be private. Calling hours are omitted. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Holt Funeral Home, 510 South Main Street, Woonsocket.
