Clara Thecia Noviskie was born on November 20, 1913 in Bellville, Austin County, Texas, United States to Fanny Janczak (1889-1984) and Louis Frank Noviskie. She had 8 siblings including Cecilia N. (1907-1999), Joanna (1909-?), Charlie Joe ( 1910-1995), Stanley Willie (1916-2006), Marie Agnes (1918-2009), Louis F. (1920-2004), Bryan Theodore (1927-1987), and Johnnie Leon (1932-1997). Clara married Victor Einkauf Sr (1910-1994) in Austin Texas on January 11, 1932. Together they had three children; Victor Einkauf Jr (1934-1976), Doris Jean Reaves (1935-2019), and Alvin John Einkauf (1932-1933). The couple lived in Bellville, Austin, Texas with their children and Clara's brother Stanley. Clara T Einkauf passed away on July 22, 2006 in Houston, Texas and is buried in Houston alongside her husband.

Clara Einkauf, age 93, was preceded in death by her son, Victor (1976). Rosary, followed by Mass, held on Wednesday, July 26, 2006 at St. Jerome Catholic Church, 8825 Kempwood.
