Introduction

I became friends with Clarence 1983 while on Bear Hunt84 in S. Korea. His bunk was right across from mine in the 3rd Engineers GP tent. He was a good Marine, always a professional willing to help anyone with anything, especially if it had to do with wiring up some electricals. I remember he always a great sense of humor. That dreadful day of his tragic passing is forever etched in my mind. Taken from us all too soon. I still think about him every so often, he is still with us. My prayers are offered for his loved ones, and for the repose of his soul. Semper Fidelis and Requiescat in pace my friend. - L.Cpl. David Bevan
