Mrs Clevia S Frazier [ Smith] died October 23 1999 at the Green River nursery home where she was a resident past 15 years. She was born Clevia S Smith to Frank and Sarah Smith in Arkansas on July 29 1906 She was preceded in Death by her father Frank Smith of Hartman Arkansas, Her Mother Sarah Smith of Hartman Arkansas, her Husband Cyrus Frazier of Hartman Arkansas. Her oldest Son Robert Darrell Frazier of Hartman Arkansas. She was also preceded in death by another son Lawrence Frazier of Rock springs Wyoming. A daughter, Betty May Blasi of Green River Wyoming. She was survived by her son Billy Roy Frazier of Pueblo Colorado, another son Thomas Franklin Frazier of Pueblo, Colorado, a daughter, Doris Edgen of Ozark Arkansas another daughter Shirley Emma Lee of Granger, Wyoming and another daughter, Peggy Gapen of El Cajon California. She was also survived by another son, Lewis Elwood Frazier of Butte, Montana and another son, Charles R Frazier of Green River.
