Then he emigrated 1951 to Melbourne Australia and his known occupations are Bus Driver and Machine Operator. His last know address, in 1969, was at 4 St James Street, Fitzroy and living with his common law wife of 2 years, who took up his surname, namely, Catherine Teresa Duggan. He died in 13th December 1969. Following an inquest, the result was a homicide, following an assault.

My Birth Father
DNA test and matches with members of the Duggan families show that Cornelius Christopher Duggan is my father, who was born in Broadford Ireland 1921cc and lived in England at 24 Park Road, Aston, Birmingham, UK until 1951 and was a bus conductor, who met my mother Dorothy Clarke, a bus conductress and following a brief affair Dorothy gave birth to me, Patricia Georgina Jennings (my stepdad's surname) born 4 miles away from his address in Aston and 1 miles from my grandparents and extended family.
Cornelius emigrated from Liverpool to Melbourne Australia December 1969 and lost touch with his parents and family and was discovered in 2022 as a result of DNA matches between his descendants and myself.
His last known address was 4 St James Street, Yarra, Fitzroy, Victoria 3065, Australia, and had worked as a Bus Driver, then as a Machine Operator. Living with him was his common law wife of 2 years, Catherine Teresa Duggan.
Cornelius had issues with drink and died 13th December 1969 following a fatal blow to the head, where an inquest confirmed it was due to a Homicide.
