He has a brother Edward Ernest LaPrise Jr. and Michelle Renee LaPrise plus three nieces Angel, Teala and Brittney and one nephew Jonathan Ray.

He has a sister Michelle Renee Laprise and the late Edward Ernest LaPrise Jr. Plus three half siblings Kimberly, Jason and another brother. He was married to Laura Jean Polk January 3, 1989 Toledo, Lucas, Ohio they had two daughters Ashley (Lyndsee Crespo) LaPrise and Amanda (James) Delisle plus he has two other daughters. Craig has 10 grandchildren. Craig and Laura divorced on March 13, 1995 Detroit, Wayne, Michigan. He passed away on August 5, 2015 Wayne, Wayne Co, Michigan. He worked at various jobs. He loved to make people laugh and was referred to as the Cool Aid Man. He is part Indian and Spanish decent.
