    Died in a tractor accident. He was pushing a tree with a farm tractor when the tree went over and took the tractor with it and pinned him under the tractor. The accident occurred six-tenths of a mile east and seven-tenths of a mile north of County Road p-33 and 215th Street in a farm field.
