Dave David Ankenbauer of Latonia, Kenton County, Kentucky was born on December 26, 1948 to Rita M Barlage-Ankenbauer and William Leroy Ankenbauer. He had siblings Beverly Fisher, Steven George Ankenbauer, Bonny Jean Barhorst, and Darla Marie Sharp. Dave Ankenbauer died at age 35 years old in June 1984.

Dave joined at 19 years old & served in the US Marine Corps. He was an amazing sharp shooter & served in the Vietnam war where he was critically injured. He came home paralyzed from the East down.
Professional Career

Dave was a professional student. We all thought he only went to college to meet girls.
Personal Life & Family

Dave loved life. Nothing - including paralysis- held him back or down. He owned numerous cars & 2 boats (one of which he built in our back yard). He was amazing!!
