David was a graduate of Arlington Heights Township High School, Arlington Heights, Illinois. He served in the United States Air Force. Married and had one son. Resided in Brooklyn, NY; Saratoga, CA; Dunsmuir, CA; and in Oregon.

David was Caucasian. His mother was born in Chicago, Illinois and was of German ethnicity. His father was born in Swamscott, Massachusetts and was of English lineage.

David was born in Chicago, Illinois on 10/25/1942 and was raised/grew up in Arlington Heights, Illinois until 1961. David enlisted in the United States Air Force and spent the following six years, 1961 to 1967, in Omaha, Nebraska serving in the US Air Force. Following his discharge from the US Air Force, David moved to Brooklyn, New York and worked in sales in the consumer goods industry for the following six years. In, approximately 1973, David moved to Saratoga, California to stay with his brother, for about a year, during his transition period. David then moved to Los Gatos, California. In 1986, David moved to Dunsmuir, in Siskiyou County, California where he lived and spent his final days. Northern California was where David sought his enjoyment, solace and his ultimate peace.

David graduated from Arlington Heights Township High School in Arlington Heights, Illinois in 1960. David did not attend college/university, but, rather, chose to enlist in the United States Air Force, where he served for six years 1961 to 1967, and received an Honorable Discharge.
