  • Introduction

    David Francis Fivie married his high school sweetheart, Velva Lee Bulson, in 1981. Together they had a daughter, Crystal. Later he and Velva divorced. In 1986 he met girlfriend Tami Young, and their four year relationship produced a son, David Levi Fivie. David Francis was employed in various manual labor jobs such as road construction and factory work. David was found deceased in his home on July 20, 2003, after an eight year battle with a chronic illness.
