Davis Patrick Cobb IS remembered and loved.
In 1982, I met David when he was traveling with the the carnival. It came to town, I went with David. He was funny and kind and he taught me how to live in this world. We spent one winter in Vegas and another in Hollywood.
We traveled to Texas, New Mexico and I saw the Grand Canyon for the first time with him.
He was twice my age. He told me stories of Vietnam and as I later reflected on them, I realized the PTSD he was suffering.
I will find a photo and post it. He looked like Dennis Weaver.
Our paths crossed numerous times after we split and it was always great to see him.
I have searched his name many times and this is the first time I have seen it.
I am sad to hear of his death and I hope he was with friends or loved ones.
