David Snowden Farnsworth was born in 1867 to George William Farnsworth and Barbara Ellen Farnsworth, and had siblings Alexander Farnsworth, George Farnsworth, Lillian Farnsworth, John James Farnsworth, Ethel (Farnsworth) MacMillan Hunt, Herbert Jermyn Farnsworth, and Percy Alexander Peter Farnsworth. David Farnsworth died at age 77 years old in 1945 in Sandringham, City of Bayside County, VIC Australia, and was buried at Footscray General Cemetery 503-511 Geelong Rd, in Yarraville, City of Maribyrnong County.

FARNSWORTH. - On December 19, at his residence, 16 Cowper-street, Sandringham, David Snowden Farnsworth, the dearly beloved husband of Matilda Jane, and loved father of Hazel ( Mrs. Mounsey ), loved father-in-law of Arch. and devoted grandfather of Betty, late of Sunshine. Aged 78 years. Sadly missed.
