    Dawn Lathrop, 50 MILFORD - Dawn Lathrop passed away on Sept. 25, 2009, due to complications with Leukemia and COPD. Dawn was born on May 25, 1959. She was 50 years old. She is survived by her parents Emery and Marian Curtis; her three daughters, Columbine Furroughs, Dawn Caballero, and Taylor Lathrop; her three sons, Curtis Truitt, Richard Truitt, and Dennis Townsend; four grandsons, Brandon Kasinath, Alex Kasinath, Daniel Kasinath, and Hunter Kasinath; two sisters, Gloria Milligan, and Patricia Davis; three brothers, Barry Wootten, Ronald Dennis, and Richard Wootten; a nephew, Shane Wootten; and many other nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends. Dawn was a CNA at Stockley Center, Hospice, Harrison House, and Heritage at Milford. She provided loving care to the disabled and to the elderly. She was also a loving foster mother to many children. She will be loved and missed by all that knew her. Memorial services will be 5 p.m., today, Oct. 1, at First Baptist Church of Milford, Old Shawnee Rd., Milford, for all who wish to attend.
