Debbie Sue (Schaefer) Rivas was born on August 28, 1955 in New Orleans, United States County, Louisiana United States to Louis Schaefer and Carol (Burnett) McIntosh. She was in a relationship with Herbert Ray Tooley and they later separated in January 1976 in Evansville, Vanderburgh County, Indiana. She had a child Velvet (Tooley) Parsons.
