Deborah was married to Jerry Neal Williams on Dec 12, 19??. She has two daughters Lindsey Jo Williams and Lora Meghan Williams. Her brothers are Steve Carnett of Bartlett, TN and Larry Carnett of Henderson, TN. She was a devoted wife and mother and MeeNaw. She has two grandsons Brayden Lynn Lyles and Brooks Nealon Smith and three granddaughters Ella Joi Williams, Ava Taylor Williams, and Skylar JoLee Parker. She was a great cook and always helf family gatherings at her home at 694 Cooper Anderson Rd. In Jackson, TN. She was a cosmotoligist before becoming a mother and attended North Side High School as Cheerleader Captain.
