Denny Ansel
Denny Ansel of Dubuque, Iowa. Denny was a tow truck driver who owned and operated Ansel's Auto Service, also of Dubuque, Iowa.

Denny also loved racing cars. For many years he drove No. 80 at many area tracks.

As much as he loved racing, he loved his family even more. Denny's brother Mike is my uncle - having married my mom's sister Linda. I found him to be a very nice man who helped me out when I had car trouble.

Denny had been fighting a battle with lung cancer, which he lost in May of 2003 when he passed away. Denny will be greatly missed.
