I met Dave when I was 16. In school James Monroe High; I was in class sitting at the back of the class room. I felt like I was being looked at so I glanced around the room and in the second seat in the row next to mind there was a guy with a big smile starring at me. A day later he rushed to meet me at the door and introduced himself, walked me to class and my first thought of this guy was wow how nice. That was it. Just before I turned 17 he was walking me to the front of the school to meet up with my mom for a ride home when he pushed me into a corner and kissed me (my first kiss). I was in a daze for the whole weekend. I knew that we would be together and when I was 19 we married. I love you Dave and I am sorry I didn't try harder to make our marriage work, I was spoiled and well I can't turn back the clock; but if the good lord would let me, I'd go back to 1971 and cherish you. All I can say is you were my first everything, and I pray for you everyday. God Bless you. Love Dee Dee
