Donald L Zartman's History: 1923 - 2008

Uncover new discoveries and connections today by sharing about people & moments from yesterday.
  • Introduction

Uncle Don loved to tease me when I was a pre-schooler--he called me "Sharon E Boop" and it would always make me cry--and then he would "chuck my cheeks" and tell me not to cry that he was just teasing me. He and my Dad rarely got together--we used to have family picnics back in the 1950's before my Mom became chronically ill. Was so sad to learn he passed on--about 2 months after my Dad (his brother). They were both veterans of WW II BTW.
