    Donna Stowe Reynolds On Tuesday morning, September 14, 1999, Donna Stowe Reynolds went to be in the arms of her loving Savior. Donna's 53 years of life was cut short but she will be remembered and treasured by many for her willingness to carry other people's burdens. She blessed us all with her wisdom, joy, compassion and appreciation for each new day. Born May 25 ,1946 to the late James Cornelius "Neil" and Ruth Stowe of Madison Heights, V.A., Donna later united in matrimony to Wes Reynolds on August 28, 1976. Donna was employed at Virginia Baptist Hospital where she made many great friendships for 26 years. Donna was a member of Hyland Heights Baptist Church and a dedicated servant for the Kingdom of God. She leaves to cherish her memory a devoted husband, Wes Reynolds of Lynchburg, V.A.; two sons, Jason and Shannon Campbell of Lynchburg, V.A. one daughter, Caroline Reynolds of Lynchburg, V.A.; two sisters, Sue Rosser of Madison Heights, V.A., and Brenda Carmichael of Lynchburg, V.A.; two daughters-in-law, Kari Campbell and Stacey Campbell of Lynchburg, V.A., five precious grandchildren, Josh, Brianna, Madison, Connor and Simone and a gathering of close friends. She was preceded in death by a sister, Rosemary Stowe. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 P.M. Thursday at Hyland Heights Baptist Church with the Rev. Carl Weiser and the Rev. Emmett Dunavant officiating. The family will receive friends from 7-9 P.M. today at Woodall-Tharp Funeral Home and other times at the home of Donna, 103 Catalpa Road, Lynchburg, V.A. 24502. Memorial contributions may be made to the Lighthouse Cancer Center, 350 Crestside Drive, Evington, V.A. 24550. Woodall-Tharp Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements, 237-9424.
