Dorothy Forster Shipley Hogkvist 1913 - 1979

Dorothy "Dot" Forster (Shipley) Hogkvist was born on August 23, 1913 in Boston, Middlesex Co County, Massachusetts United States to James McLaurin Shipley and Margaret Elizabeth Carnabey (Forster) Shipley, and had siblings Alan McLaurin Shipley, Ian McLaurin Shipley Sr., and Edith Richards (Shipley) McLaughlin. She married Harry Nils Hogkvist in 1939 and they later divorced in 1960. She had children Laurine Joyce (Hogkvist) Clark and Linda Margaret (Hogkvist) Fowler. Dorothy "Dot" Hogkvist died at age 65 years old on March 20, 1979 in Fullerton, Orange County, CA, and was buried on March 22, 1979 at Loma Vista Memorial Park 701 E Bastanchury Rd, in Fullerton.
