Introduction

Dorothy was the mother of 8, 22 grandchildren, countless great grandchildren and several great-great grandchildren. Dorothy was tireless, giving herself 100% to her family. She supported 6 children under the age of 18 when her marriage dissolved in 1965. She worked at the University of Michigan Hospital as a Department Manager until her retirement. She then owned her own upholstery business. She went back to school at 60 to become an RPN.
