Douglas Ray Hartberger of Somerset, Perry County, OH was born on November 26, 1944 in Spokane, Spokane County, Washington United States to Helen R Hartberger and Raymond D Hartberger. Douglas Hartberger had siblings Myra Jo (Hartberger) Severance and Dale Oliver Hartberger. He married Gale Tucker and they later divorced. They had children Douglas Dean Hartberger, Charles D Hartberger, and Jeffery E Hartberger. He married Rita K (Boley) Jones, and they were married until Douglas' death on April 5, 1993. They had children Rachel E Hartberger and Andrea Diane (Hartberger) Harmon.
