Introduction

Dustin had 2 daughters with Brandi Jo Moon. Bailey Jo Pontnack born 12/13/2007 and Allie Renee Pontnack born 09/12/2010. Both born in Monroe WI. They lived together as a happy family in Lena Il until his death. He was killed when a young man in another vehicle fell asleep at the wheel and crossed the center line and hit Dustin head on.
