Edith Ellen (Birchmore) Sing of White Hills, Greater Bendigo City County, VIC Australia was born on November 24, 1888 in Sandhurst, City of Frankston County to William John Birchmore and Elizabeth Alley Waters Birchmore. She had siblings John William Birchmore, Emily Jane Amelia Birchmore, Charlotte Ann Birchmore, Mary Bertha Matilda Birchmore, Ruby May Victoria Birchmore, Robert Henry Birchmore, William Albert Birchmore, and Arabella Elizabeth (Birchmore) Sertori. She married William Charles Sing, and had children Ronald William Sing, Gwendoline May Sing, Clarence Ray Sing, and Wilfred Gordon Sing. Edith Sing died at age 79 years old on March 9, 1968 in Bendigo, Greater Bendigo City County.
