Edna Jessie (Kidman) Arklay of Woomelang Australia was born on May 13, 1913 in Woomelang, Yarriambiack Shire County, VIC to Oliver Henry Kidman and Mary Elizabeth (Rowley) Kidman. She had siblings Evelyn Marjory Kidman, Clarice Mabel Kidman, Arnold William Kidman, Frederick Henry Kidman, and Francis Oliver Kidman. Edna Arklay married Thomas Donovan Arklay in 1938, and died at age 98 years old on August 23, 2011.
