    Mr. Edward A. Walcheski, 83, of Elizabeth died on Friday in the Elmora Hills Convalescent Center, Elizabeth. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend the funeral at the August F. Schmidt Memorial Funeral Home, 139 Westfield Ave., Elizabeth, on Monday, March 1, at 10 a.m. Friends may call Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Born in Wilkes Barre, Pa., Mr. Walcheski moved to Elizabeth more than 55 years ago. He retired in 1977 as an electrical contractor in Elizabeth, trading as Edward Walcheski Sr. From 1977 to 1990, he owned the Market Tavern on Elizabeth Avenue in Elizabeth. He is survived by three sons, Edward Walcheski Jr. and his wife, Barbara, Anthony Walcheski, and Michael Walcheski and his wife, Margaret; a daughter, Marilyn Walcheski; three brothers, Joseph, John and Albert Walcheski; six grandchildren, Sherri and Norma Walcheski, Margaret Adams, Shelly Johnson, Rosanna and Michael Walcheski, and a great-grandson, William Adams.
